Vornado sells unit 68 at 220 Central Park South for $55.5M

The entity KmZm LLC paid Vornado Realty Trust’s VNO 225 West 58th Street LLC $55.5 million for condo unit 68 at 220 Central Park South in Central Park South. The deal closed on July 21, 2020, and was recorded on July 23, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC).

This is unit 68. The contract date was October 9, 2018.
With the two closings recorded yesterday (this one and another for $54 million), Vornado has sold $2.3 billion through 77 sales at the building, according the the PincusCo New Development Condo database.

The project has a total sellout value of $3.4 billion according to the state’s Attorney General.
