Vornado sells unit 56B at 220 Central Park South for $28M

Parkview Holdings NYC LLC paid Vornado Realty Trust’s VNO 225 West 58th Street LLC $28.0 million for condo unit 56B at 220 Central Park South in Central Park South. The deal closed on December 10, 2019, and was recorded on February 5, 2020.

The sale went into contract on May 19, 2015.
