Vornado sells unit 49A at 220 Central Park South for $64.1M

The entity K & J Assets (US) Inc. paid Vornado Realty Trust $64.1 million for condominium unit 49A at 220 Central Park South in Central Park South. The deal closed on October 31, 2019, and was recorded on November 12, 2019.

The buyer of the unit has an address in Hong Kong, and also took out a $37.8 million loan from Citibank.
