Vornado sells condo unit for $46.5M at 220 Central Park South

The entity 220 CPS International LLC paid Vornado Realty Trust’s VNO 225 West 58th Street LLC $46.5 million for a condo unit at 220 Central Park South in Central Park South. The deal closed on November 21, 2019, and was recorded on November 26, 2019.
