Vornado sells 220 Central Park South villa for $65.6M

The entity Enka Residence LLC paid Vornado Realty Trust’s VNO 225 West 58th Street LLC $65.6 million for condo unit V-8, one of the “villas,” at 220 Central Park South in Central Park South. The deal closed on October 9, 2020, and was recorded on October 17, 2020.

This is unit V-8. The contract date was February 20, 2018.
