Vladislav Doronin OKO Group borrows $300M from Bank OZK for property in Plaza District

Vladislav Doronin OKO Group through the entity 730 Fifth Upper, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Bank Ozk valued at $300.0 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) at 730 Fifth Avenue in Plaza District. The deal closed on September 27, 2019 and was recorded on October 18, 2019.

Bank OZK provided $300 million in a senior secured loan, while Cain International gave $450 million in mezzanine debt.
