The entity 307 Amsterdam Ave NY LLC paid $4 million to the entity 307 Amsterdam Avenue LLC for the four-unit mixed-use building (S4) at 307 Amsterdam Avenue in Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 28, 2026 and was recorded on May 13, 2026. The property has 4,080 square feet of built space and 6,279 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 10,355 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $992 and the price per buildable square foot is $391 per the PincusCo analysis. The signatories for the sellers were Antoinette Yanni and Roseanne Yanni. The signatory for the buyer was Susan Chury. The contract date was January 21, 2026.

Prior to this transaction, PincusCo has no record that the buyer Susan Chury had purchased any other properties and has no record it sold any properties over the past 24 months.
The seller Antoinette Yanni had not purchased any other properties and had not sold any properties over the same time period. The former owners according to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development includes Antoinette Yanni, head officer and Roseanne Yanni, officer. The business entity is 307 Amsterdam Avenue,Llc.
