Urban Standard Capital through the entity USC 207 5th Property Owner LLC paid $8.5 million to Barrett Design through the entity 207 5th Avenue Mtg LLC for mixed-use building (K2) at 207 5th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on May 11, 2021 and was recorded on May 26, 2021.
The property has 5,559 square feet of built space and 7,920 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 13,500 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,532 and the price per buildable square foot is $631 per the PincusCo analysis.
