The deal closed on February 12, 2020, and was recorded on February 26, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class land not zoned residential or Manhattan below 110th Street (V1). The property is 114,433 square feet.

The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building on November 8, 2018.
