United American Land through the entity Willoughby Retail LLC paid AvalonBay Communities’s Avalon Willoughby West, LLC $6.5 million for a retail condominium at 100 Willoughby Street in Brooklyn Heights. The deal closed on June 19, 2020, and was recorded on June 25, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class other (OT).
