United American Land pays $5.8M for parcel to add to large Downtown Brooklyn dev site

The Laboz family’s United American Land through the entity 455 Fulton, LLC paid Fasiha Sheikh $5.8 million for 453 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn. The deal closed on January 14, 2021 and was recorded on January 26, 2021. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class retail building with apartments above (K4). The property is 1,490 square feet.

The contract date was August 1, 2020. UAL paid $5.7 million for a neighboring parcel to the Sol Goldman family’s Solil Management in August 2020. The Laboz family is assembling a large site on the block, as PincusCo first reported in 2019.
