Two residential sales above $10 million, totaling $94.5 million recorded Aug. 17, 2023

$80M condo resale at 220 Central Park South: The entity 220cpsv8, LLC paid $80 million to Enka Residence LLC for the duplex “villa” known as V-8 at 220 Central Park South in Midtown West, Manhattan and property at 220 Central Park South in Midtown West, Manhattan. The seller bought the units in 2020 for $66 million.
The deal closed on August 15, 2023 and was recorded on August 17, 2023. The two properties have 8,299 square feet of built space according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $9,639 per the PincusCo analysis.

$14.5M sale at 810 Fifth Avenue: David Amini paid $14.5 million for unit 8/SR1 in the 12-unit residential elevator building (D4) at 810 Fifth Avenue in Lenox Hill, Manhattan.
The deal closed on July 20, 2023 and was recorded on August 17, 2023.
