Susan Maggin Trustee (and others) paid $11.3 million to 1461-1469 Third Ave Owner LLC for unit 30A at 200 East 83rd Street in Yorkville, Manhattan. The deal closed on June 27, 2023 and was recorded on June 30, 2023. LINK

John Wu paid $10.5 million to 327 West 76 St LLC for the 1-4 family building (A4) at 327 West 76th Street in Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 28, 2023 and was recorded on June 30, 2023. The property has 7,200 square feet of built space and 1,798 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 8,992 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,458 and the price per buildable square foot is $1,167 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The seller bought the property on March 4, 2020, for $10.6 million. LINK
