Lacey A. Tisch through the entity Lacey A. Tisch 2004 Trust -2020 acquired an interest from Steven T. Mnuchin through the entity Steven T. Mnuchin Revocable Trust valued at $22.5M for a duplex co-op (D4) unit on floors on the 9th and 10th floors at 740 Park Avenue in Lenox Hill, Manhattan. The deal closed on July 22, 2021 and was recorded on September 9, 2021.

The signatory for Steven T. Mnuchin was Steven T. Mnuchin. Mnuchin, an investment banker, was Secretary of the Treasury under President Donald Trump.
