The trucking company A. Duie Pyle through the entity Nym Ltl, LLC paid $45.8 million to Weeks Lerman Group through the entity 58-38 Page Place Co., LLC for the industrial (E1) at 58-38 Page Place in Maspeth, Queens.
The deal closed on December 22, 2021 and was recorded on January 3, 2022.
The property has 93,000 square feet of built space and 130,614 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 223,272 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $491 and the price per buildable square foot is $204 per the PincusCo analysis.
