Trinity finishes $8.9M single-floor rehab of office building in Soho

Trinity Church’s Hudson Square Properties, on November 18, formally completed an $8.9 million rehabilitation of one floor of an office building at 345 Hudson Street in Soho. Hudson Square Properties is a joint venture of Trinity Church Wall Street and Norges Bank Investment Management. Hines is the operating partner of the portfolio, which is made up of 12 buildings and approximately 6 million rentable square feet.

The plans, pre-filed on August 14, 2019, by Hines call for a rehab of the fifth floor of the 248-foot tall, 17-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation installation of partitions, ceilings and doors as shown on drawings. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $8,865,000.00.

Gensler was the architect for the project.

In December of 2018, Google signed a lease for 180,000-square-feet of space in the office building.

In September, the developer formally completed a $15.7 million rehab of several floors of the building.
