443 Greenwich NY Trust through the signatory Sandor D. Krauss, As Trustee paid $12.8 million to Allison Shure for condo (SC) unit 6G at 443 Greenwich Street in Tribeca, Manhattan.
The deal closed on November 16, 2021 and was recorded on November 24, 2021.
The property has 3,385 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $3,781 per the PincusCo analysis.
