Tres Construction borrows $14M from SB One Bank for new condos in Astoria

George Kalergios’s Tres Construction LLC through the entity 31-18 24th Avenue LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender SB One Bank valued at $14 million for 33 parcels, including the tax classes residential and commercial condos and containing 28 residential units at 31-18 24th Avenue in Astoria. The deal closed on February 28, 2020 and was recorded on March 13, 2020.
