Townhouse Management signs $52.5M rehab with White Oak for building in Murray Hill
Townhouse Management Company through the entity 554 Euo LLC as borrower signed a rehab loan with lender White Oak Real Estate through the entity White Oak Real Estate Capital 1, LLC valued at $52.5 million for the property at 554 3rd Avenue in Murray Hill, Manhattan.
The deal closed on December 29, 2021 and was recorded on January 13, 2022. The prior lender was Santander Bank which held debt that had an original loan amount of $39.7 million.
The property has 98,769 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $531 per the PincusCo analysis.
