Tommy Hilfiger and wife Dee Ocleppo sell Plaza penthouse for $31.25M

TT Skyline, LLC paid Tommy Hilfiger and wife Dee Ocleppo’s TH Plaza Holdings, LLC $31.25 million for the penthouse condo unit 1809 at the Plaza at 1 Central Park South or 768 Fifth Avenue, in Central Park South. The deal closed on October 7, 2019, and was recorded on October 15, 2019.

The last time the unit sold was July 10, 2008, for $25,505,813. The 6,050-square-foot unit had been listed for as high as $80 million, and the New York Post reported last month that it would sell and the contract price was $33.25 million.
