Toll Brothers borrows $77M from Bank of New York Mellon for new condo building in Gramercy
Toll Brothers through the entity 122-130 East 23rd Street LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender The Bank Of New York Mellon valued at $76.6 million for 68 parcels, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC) and containing 68 residential units at 121 East 22nd Street, 121 East 22nd Street, 121 East 22nd Street, 121 East 22nd Street, 121 East 22nd Street, and others in Gramercy. The deal closed on November 27, 2019 and was recorded on December 4, 2019.
The building was given its first temporary certificate of occupancy in October 2018.
