Demolition firm Titan Industrial Services through the entity 94 Hausman LLC paid $4.8 million to Joseph Linder through the entity Valemill Realty Corp. for the industrial building (E1) at 94 Hausman in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The expected use is owner-occupied.
