Timothy McKenna through the entity 1108 Zerega Ave LLC paid $7 million to James Pullum Jr. through the entity J&J Associates II LLC for an industrial (G1) building at 1108 Zerega Avenue in Bronx, Bronx.
The deal closed on May 6, 2021 and was recorded on May 17, 2021.
