The entity SE 936 Owner LLC paid $12.8 million to DeBorah Brill through the entity Debrill Realty 22, LLC for three office condos at 936 Broadway in Flatiron District, Manhattan.
The deal closed on September 28, 2022 and was recorded on October 5, 2022. The three properties have 8,570 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,499 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for DeBorah Brill was DeBorah Brill. The signatory for the buyer was Joshua Zelkowitz of the law firm Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz.

The majority, or 52 percent of the 849,126 square feet of built space are office buildings, with elevator buildings next occupying 28 percent of the space.
