The Leser Group files plans for construction of a 325K sf retail building in Ocean Hill.

The Leser Group, on April 3, filed a permit application for construction of a 325,437-square-foot retail building at 2440 Fulton Street in Ocean Hill.

The plans call for the construction of a 100-foot tall, 6-story, retail building.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new 6 story building as per plans filed.

According to the building plans, there will be retail space on the ground, 2nd, and 3rd floors. The 3rd floor will also have office spaces. Floors 4-6 will also have office space, along with waiting areas, storage, and mail rooms.

Abraham Leser’s firm bought the property back in July 2015 for $33 million.
