TF Cornerstone finishes $9.7M build-out of two floors at 230 Park Avenue South

TF Cornerstone, on May 27, formally completed a $9.7 million build-out of two floors of an office building at 230 Park Avenue South in Flatiron.

This is the fourth build-out project the developer has recently wrapped up at the building for a combined $53.2 million, including two plans totaling totaling $29 million on May 11 and 12 and a $14.5 million project which was signed off on May 10.

The global media brand Discovery, Inc., signed a lease to occupy the entire building in 2018.

The plans, pre-filed on November 19, 2019, call for work on floors three and 11 of the 130-foot tall, 13-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing general construction in the third and 11th floors as indicated on plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $9,691,393.

Meridian Design Associates was the architect.

The property was acquired for $228.8 million on September 27, 2007.
