TF Cornerstone files plans for 792 units in Greenpoint, larger of two filings on dev site

TF Cornerstone submitted a new building construction project for a dual-tower, 792-unit, 660,219 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 45 West Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on November 12, 2025 under job number B01313117. It calls for the construction of a 38-story building. The project is described in the filing as: erect 38 (plus cellar) story mixed use building as per plans. Bruce Weill of TF Cornerstone filed the plans. The architect is SLCE Architects.
Earlier this month, TF Cornerstone filed plans for 15 Oak Street, a 268-unit building on the development site.
The development includes a five-story base with residential units, retail, amenities and other uses, and from that rises an east tower with apartments on floors six through 29, and a taller west tower with units on floors six through 38. There is also an outdoor pool on the 38th floor.
