Target Corporation signed 28K lease with Solomon Cohen for retail space in Flatbush

Target Corporation signed a lease with Solomon Cohen’s 2101 Church Equities L.L.C. for 28,210 square feet of 2101 Church Avenue in Flatbush. The deal closed on August 14, 2020, and was recorded on August 18, 2020. The entire building is 52,169 square feet.
Target leased 28,210 square feet of the building. The lease runs for 10 years, with four renewal options of five years each. Solomon signed for the landlord and Michael J. Seaman signed for Target.
The DOB issued a major alteration (A1) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building on June 20, 2016.
