Tankhouse through the entity 450WSP LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan agreement with lender Bank Hapoalim valued at $19.6 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class church, synagogue, chapel (M1) at 195 Bond Street in Boerum Hill. The deal closed on June 16, 2020 and was recorded on August 24, 2020.
