Supportive housing provider Unique People Services borrows $63M for new housing development in Fordham

Supportive housing provider Unique People Services through the entity 2050 G.C., L.P. as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender New York State Housing Finance, NYS Homeless Housing and Assistance Corp. and Local Initiatives Support Corporation through the entity Unique People Services, Inc. valued at $62.5 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class land zoned residential, except not Manhattan below 110th Street (V0) at 2050 Grand Concourse in Fordham. The deal closed on December 18, 2019 and was recorded on January 8, 2020.

The last time the property sold was April 27, 2017, for $5,300,000.
