Storage Deluxe through the entity 3437 Astoria LLC paid $20 million to Steve Poliseno through the entity Astoria Ice Inc. for industrial (P6) at 34-37 37th Street in Astoria, Queens.
The deal closed on August 17, 2021 and was recorded on August 26, 2021.
