Storage Deluxe through the entity 3437 Astoria LLC paid $20 million to Steve Poliseno through the entity Astoria Ice Inc. for industrial (P6) at 34-37 37th Street in Astoria, Queens.
The deal closed on August 17, 2021 and was recorded on August 26, 2021.
The property has 53,550 square feet of built space and 71,500 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 125,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
