Sterling Town Equities through its entity The Concord-Duffield Condominium as sponsor filed a condo declaration for its building at 35 Duffield Street with 21 units in Dumbo. The city approved the filing on August 26, 2019 and it was recorded on August 30, 2019.
The last time the property sold was October 02, 2014, for $4,500,000.

Over the past five years, there have been at least two NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000.There have been at least two new building permit application totaling at least 14 residential units.
