Staten Island dev site in Prince’s Bay sells for $3M

The entity 4 Boys Building Inc. paid Gino Savo and Marco Savo $3 million for the development site (V0) at 5522 Amboy Road in Prince’s Bay, Staten Island.
The deal closed on November 10, 2021 and was recorded on November 29, 2021.
The two tax lots have 0 square feet of built space and 19,412 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 19,412 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per buildable square foot is $154 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
