The plan was filed on May 11, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 94-foot-tall, nine-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q01395583. The project is described in the filing as: construction of a new 9-story building consisting of 68 apartment units.. The applicant is the Registered Architect Minkuk Kim of MK Architect Studio. Mark Stagg of Stagg Group submitted the plans.
