Stagg Group through the entity Ashley’S Estates, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Berkeley Point Capital LLC valued at $5.3 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, semi-fireproof (without stores) (D1) and containing 31 residential units at 1698 Nelson Avenue in Highbridge. The deal closed on November 19, 2019 and was recorded on December 12, 2019.
The property contains a total of 22,314 square feet of built space.
The average loan per unit is $172,419.

The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 31 residential units on March 11, 2014.
