Mark Stagg’s Stagg Group through the entity 3069 Cannon Place, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Berkadia assign to Fannie Mae through the entity Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC valued at $31.2 million for 1 parcel containing 120 residential units at 3069 Cannon Place also known as 3482 Ft. Independence Street in Kingsbridge. The deal closed on March 13, 2020 and was recorded on March 24, 2020.
