St. Joseph’s College as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Dormitory Authority of the State Of New York valued at $17.2 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class colleges and universities (W6) at 212 Vanderbilt Avenue in Fort Greene. The deal closed on June 18, 2020 and was recorded on June 24, 2020.
