Spitzer Enterprises borrows $45M from First Republic Bank for property in Hudson Yards

Spitzer Enterprises through the entity 511 West 35th Street LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender First Republic Bank valued at $45.0 million for 3 parcels, including the tax class unlicensed parking lot (G7) at 511 West 35th Street, 506 West 36th Street, 512 West 36th Street in Hudson Yards. The deal closed on October 8, 2019 and was recorded on October 18, 2019.
The loan includes a gap mortgage of $41.5 million and the remainder of prior debt held by Citibank, which was assigned to First Republic Bank.
