Sophia Shanfen Zhang through the entity Mings Garden Realty LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Parkview Financial Reit, L.P. valued at $50 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class land zoned residential, except not Manhattan below 110th Street (V0) at 26-01 4th Street in Astoria. The deal closed on February 26, 2021 and was recorded on March 23, 2021.

This is a new construction loan. The last time the property sold was December 5, 2012 for $6,925,000.
