Son of late pop artist Roy Lichtenstein sells W. Village townhouse for $14.9M

The son of the late pop artist Roy Lichtenstein sold the West Village townhouse at 118 West 12th Street for $14.9 million.
The entity Neidlich LLC paid $14.9 million to Mitchell Lichtenstein for the townhouse (A4) at 118 West 12th Street in West Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on February 1, 2021 and was recorded on April 29, 2021.
The property has 6,000 square feet of built space and 24 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 6,021 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,490 and the price per buildable square foot is $2,481 per the PincusCo analysis. Lichtenstein died in 1997.
