Son Dinh Tran through the entity 218-220 Thompson Holdings LLC paid $11.2 million to 218 Thompson Street LLC through the entity 218 Thompson Street, LLC for 34-unit rental (C7) at 218-220 Thompson Street in Greenwich Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on October 28, 2021 and was recorded on November 23, 2021.
