Solomon Feder through the entity 206-210 Parkville Avenue Realty LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Signature Bank valued at $16 million for the 43-unit rental (D3) at 210 Parkville Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on July 20, 2021 and was recorded on August 4, 2021.
The property has 29,250 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 13,400 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $547 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 27-Nov-13, for $400,000.
