SL Green files plans for a $30M tenant build-out at One Vanderbilt
SL Green Realty, on May 13, filed a permit application for a $29.6 million built-out at One Vanderbilt in Grand Central for TD Bank.
The plans call for a renovation on multiple floors of the 1,404-foot tall, 59-story, building that is under construction.
The project is described in the filings as: interior build out of partitions, ceilings and doors. No change in use, egress or occupancy. Energy analysis filed under a separate application. This is a tenant build out for TD Bank on construction floors 9, 13, 14, 15 and 16 which are the same as marketing floors 14, 20, 21, 22 and 23. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $29,586,656.
TD Bank was the first tenant that SL Green leased space to at One Vanderbilt. The bank signed a 20-year lease for floors 14 and 20-23 back in 2014.
On April 9, SL Green filed a permit application for a $29.7 million built-out at One Vanderbilt in Grand Central for space leased to McDermott Will & Emery.
