SL Green files plans for $10.6M multi-floor build-out at One Vanderbilt
SL Green, on September 30, filed plans for a $10.6 million build-out of four floors at its recently completed office building at 10 Vanderbilt Avenue, known as One Vanderbilt, in Grand Central.
The developer has filed plans for $59,871,501 of alteration work at the building so far this year. The 1,298,506-square-foot office building received its initial TCO in September of 2020.
The plans call for work on floors 49 through 52 of the 1,404-foot-tall, 59-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00570855.
The project is described in the filing as: business use workplace across four floors. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
The architect listed is Gensler Architects.
In July the developer filed plans for a $3.4M build-out of one floor at the building.
