Sky Management buys $1.2M in air rights for Lenox Hill development

Sky Management, led by Jonathan Ohebshalom, paid $1.2 million for 7,125 square feet air rights and an easement and right of first offer for the Williams’s property at 262 East 78th Street in Lenox Hill. Sky is planning to develop its parcel at 1481 Second Avenue. Sky began vacating commercial tenants, the NY Post reported in January.

Sky Management’s Alliance 77 LLC acquired the air rights from the Williamses’s building at 262 East 78th Street in Lenox Hill. The deal closed on June 9, 2020 and was recorded on June 25, 2020.
