SKF Development gets $14.4M construction loan for 92-unit project in Williamsbridge

SKF Development through the entity BPMC Tilden LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Popular Bank valued at $14.4 million for one parcel at 837 Tilden Street in Williamsbridge, the Bronx. The deal closed on August 26, 2020 and was recorded on November 9, 2020.

This is a new construction loan. The last time the property sold was December 6, 2019, for $4.2 million. There are permitted plans filed by Kim Tasher for a 92-unit residential building on the parcel.
