Siyoo Ji pays $5M to Hong Zhang for industrial in Woodhaven

Siyoo Ji through the entity Neutral Holding LLC paid $5 million to Hong Zhang through the entity Zhang And Ng Inc for industrial (F4) at 100-05 91st Avenue in Woodhaven, Queens, industrial (F4) at 100-11 91st Avenue in Woodhaven, Queens, and industrial (F4) at 100-19 91st Avenue in Woodhaven, Queens.
The deal closed on August 12, 2021 and was recorded on August 30, 2021.
The three properties have 17,524 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 8,762 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $285 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Hong Zhang was Hong Zhang . The signatory for Siyoo Ji was Siyoo Jin.
One of the projects were to change the building from a COM to a F-2 and were permitted on February 2, 2010.
