Sioni Group through the entity The Arabella Owner LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Valley National Bank valued at $105 million for three commercial condominiums that make up the property at 4720 3rd Avenue in Belmont, the Bronx.
The deal closed on April 21, 2026 and was recorded on May 4, 2026. The prior lender was Starwood Property Trust which held debt that had an original loan amount of $76.9 million.
The signatory for Sioni Group was Payman Yadidi . The signatory for Valley National Bank was Oren Sapirstein .
