Sinai Sassouni through the entity 522 Evergreen Partners LLC paid $2.9 million to David Shaulian through the entity Hen Hawk NY LLC for the eight-unit rental (C1) at 522 Evergreen Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on August 5, 2021 and was recorded on August 23, 2021.
The property has 7,785 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 6,147 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
