Simon Hecht through the entity Bsy Associates LLC paid $2.9 million to Simon Katz through the entity Setsun Management Ny LLC for the nine-unit rental (C1) at 619 6th Avenue in South Slope, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on September 13, 2021 and was recorded on September 24, 2021.
The property has 7,376 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $386 per the PincusCo analysis.
